The Entrepreneurs dans la Ville program, a major innovation in 2019, is being rolled out in the Paris Region. Initially offered to young people in the Lyon metropolitan area, the program, co-created with emlyon business school, has been supporting 42 young entrepreneurs in Lyon and Paris since February 2019.
In all the neighborhoods where Sport dans la Ville is active, extraordinary entrepreneurial talent can be found. Despite the socio-economic difficulties, these neighborhoods are rich in youth, multiculturalism and life courses! Co-created in 2007 by Sport dans la Ville and emlyonbusiness school, the Entrepreneurs dans la Ville program provides long-term support to determined and daring young people and gives them a unique opportunity to access high-quality training that will enable them to get their entrepreneurial project offthe ground.
After supporting 250 entrepreneurs and the creation of more than 150 companies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the program is now being launched in the Paris Region and since February 25, 2010, has welcomed 17 new entrepreneurs to the Paris campus of emlyonbusiness school.
On March 12, 25 entrepreneurs from Lyon joined the program in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. These 42 new entrepreneurs start the program with 4 months of acceleration at the emlyon business school, then will be accompanied for 2 years by Entrepreneurs dans la Ville before joining the community for life Entrepreneurs dans la Ville.
