Entrepreneurship for Learning x Job dans la Ville : a successful 2nd season

For the second consecutive year, Job dans la Ville offers the opportunity to a group of young people to participate in an entrepreneurial adventure thanks to Entreprendre pour Apprendre.

Entreprendre Pour Apprendre, 15 young people from the Job dans la Villeprogramme have created their mini-company in order to learn how it works, the different professions that make it up, to learn about entrepreneurship and thus prepare for the professional world.

The Ecolife project

This year, the 15 young people met for 2 hours every Wednesday evening to carry out their project. Aware of the problems related to the environment, they decided to create Ecolifea service company that offers dynamic and modern training, presenting tips and advice to promote sustainable development:

The Ecolife training

From idea to concrete creation

As in a company, the young people obtained their positions following interviews, they then developed, by division, the fundraising, the business model, the market analysis, the customer canvassing, etc.

To create the content of the training, they have been learning all year long about good practices concerning waste sorting, water and energy savings, and good plans in Lyon. To familiarize themselves with production and subcontracting, the group also designed totebags with the message " Don't wish for it, work for it".

A great collective success!

Thanks to their investment, they won the First Prize Initiative Emploi at the regional competition of mini-companies in Grenoble on Wednesday May 17, which allowed them to pitch their project at the Young Leaders Centre and to present it at the National Exhibition of Mini-companies in Paris on June 2.
