a collaboration that has lasted for almost 20 years

Since 2002, the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône Alpes has supported the development of Sport dans la Ville in its native region. The Foundation of the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône Alpes has participated, in turn, in the financing of :

- the creation of various sports grounds in disadvantaged areas;
- the "sport and employment" campuses in Lyon for all young people in the area;
- and the animation of the professional integration and business creation programs of Sport dans la Ville.

Sport to achieve common goals

On the occasion of the organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in France in 2024, the Caisse d'Epargne and Sport dans la Ville have naturally joined forces because both share the same desire to make the Paris 2024 Games an accelerator of social and professional inclusion.

With its Useful Pact, the Caisse d'Epargne is committed to making the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games a popular, inclusive event at the heart of the regions.

Sport dans la Ville is targeting 15,000 young people per year by 2024.

A partnership that is

The Caisse d'Epargne Loire Drôme Ardèche, the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône Alpes, the Caisse d'Epargne Haut de France and the Caisse d'Epargne Provence Alpes Corse are supporting the development of Sport dans la Ville and are thus contributing to the achievement of the objectives set by the Association for 2024

Some examples

- Renovation and creation of sports centres (e.g. in Lille, Saint-Etienne, Marseille).
- Renovation of the basketball court in the Drôme holiday centre.
- Participation in employment and work-study forums.
- Inspiring meetings between young people and athletes supported by the various Caisses.
- Invitations to young people to attend magical sporting events such as the European 3X3 Basketball Cup to be held in September at the Trocadero.
