Mission

 

Operational support and coordination :

• Act as operational right-hand man to the Territories Manager.
• Participate in internal organization and smooth exchanges between different teams and territories.
• Ensure data tracking and completeness in new information systems.
• Manage and update local SharePoint.

 

Animation and planning

 

• Schedule team meetings and help run them (weekly meetings, seminars, etc.).

 

• Help organize seminars and internal events to strengthen the collective dynamic.

 

Participation in strategic initiatives

 

• Contribute to impact questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of actions and programs.
• Help define and monitor annual operational objectives.
• Participate in the collection and reporting of local team activities.
