Background

 

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

• Job dans la Ville is Sport dans la Ville's guidance and integration program. It contributes to the success of over 2,000 young people every year throughout France.

 

Mission

• Reporting to the L dans la Ville and Pedagogy Manager in the "Job dans la Ville" department, your responsibilities will include :
• Help ensure the smooth running of group activities
  - Plan (with the Pedagogy Manager), organize and coordinate the school vacation program. Job dans la Ville
  - Work with partner companies to organize the arrival of young people (content of the action, logistical details, etc.).
  - Produce visual presentations of the vacation schedule.
  - Ensure that young people are properly mobilized for actions, by coordinating this mobilization with the Integration Managers.
  - Report on participation in the database and draw up the end-of-holiday report.
• Be a driving force behind the pedagogical aspect of the activities offered to young people
  - Consider innovative activities to help young people build their career plans.
  - Participate in prospecting for new educational partners (outside partner companies) with whom to build joint initiatives.
• Co-organize federative events for young people
  - Help organize the back-to-school seminar Job dans la Ville (identify a venue capable of accommodating around 60 participants for 2 days)
  - Help organize the annual closing evening. Job dans la Ville
• As part of your duties, you will work from Monday to Friday (with the possibility of working some Saturdays and occasional evenings).

Desired profile

• - With a minimum of 3 years' higher education in education, human sciences, social sciences or project management, you're enthusiastic about contributing to the success of young people.
  - You enjoy organizing activities and events, and are comfortable communicating with a variety of contacts (partner companies, young people).
  - Rigorous and organized, you have a good command of digital and office automation tools.
