Co-responsible for Entrepreneurs in the Ville - Starter program - permanent contract Based in Paris

 

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

 

Mission

 

Reporting to the Territories Manager,your role will be to help promote the program in the Paris region ecosystem and in local neighborhoods, and ensure the smooth running of the STARTER program.

Ecosystem - I'm a team player

• - Integrating the program into the entrepreneurial dynamic of the Ile-de-France region
• - Promoting entrepreneurship in the neighborhoods: liaising with structures present in the QPVs, organizing awareness-raising actions, setting up meetings and speaking to entrepreneurs.
• - Development of the program's ecosystem of partners to nurture the program's network for the benefit of entrepreneurs

Sourcing - I detect nuggets and put together a top promo

• - Build and deploy an ambitioussourcingaction plan and organize the program's call for applications
• - Selecting and building a well-balanced, close-knit group (a real masterpiece!)
• - Redirect unsuccessful applicants to structures suited to their project
• ​

Program management - I lead and train

• - Prepare and coordinate the Starter's 6-month teaching schedule, coordinate the work of the teachers and ensure that thematerial and human resources required for the Starterare in place.
• - Follow-up of the promotion's acceptance of our pedagogy
• - Be proactive in sourcing partners and organizing meetings to accelerate entrepreneurs' business .
• - Coordinate the mentoring program for Starter entrepreneurs
• - Organize all program events

Others - I don't forget the extras

• - Represent and promote the program to private and public partners of Sport dans la Ville and Entrepreneurs dans la Ville.
• - Contribute through your commercial action to the development of new financial resources for the program
• - Contribute to the financial, communication and reportingaspects of program management
• - You take part in the life of the Association and its highlights (solidarity tournaments, Gala, etc.).

Desired profile

• - Project management (minimum 2 years)
• - An appetite for entrepreneurship
• - Know-how in leading a network and/or a team
• - Knowledge of the Ile-de-France entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus
• - Excellent interpersonal skills
• - Empathy and the ability to interact with a wide range of people
• - Charisma to accompany a group of entrepreneurs and constant pro-activity to continuously improve the quality and structure of the structuring of the program
• - Good humor and enthusiasm highly appreciated (if not necessary)
• - Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomy, a taste for challenge and and innovation
