Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main France’s leading organization for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the organization. The Organization is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
In your capacity as Operations Assistant for the Campus centre at Sport dans la Ville, your tasks will be as follows:
1. Ensure the good maintenance and operation of the site 1.1. Ensure that the site is kept clean at all times
1.2 Ensure that the site is permanently safe for people who use it (employees, customers, young people)
1.3. Enforce the rules for the use of the site
1.4. Ensure the proper management of the "Campus" stock
1.5. Carry out various technical interventions (e.g. small repairs, checking equipment, cleaning with a karcher, etc.)
1.6. Answer calls that come in to the switchboard at Sport dans la Ville
2. Ensure the quality of "Campus" services 2.1. To ensure the smooth running of field bookings (taking bookings, payment, security of changing rooms, etc.)
2.2. Participate in the production of events that take place on the Campus (companies, Campus Cup, etc.) and take part in preparatory meetings beforehand
2.3. Ensure a quality welcome for clients who use the meeting rooms / site for hire (preparation of rooms, ancillary services: breaks, lunch, sound/video logistics,)
2.4. Participate in the animation and management of the Campus Club restaurant/bar area: sales, cash collection, stock management, etc.
2.5. Mastery of computer tools (pack office, cash register software)
3. Get involved inorganization and events in the field
3.1. Participate inorganization highlights (Ceremonies, Afterworks, Gala, But en Or, etc.).
3.2. To invest in the organisation and supervision of field events (OL outings, tournaments, camps, etc.)
4. Organisation of work
Shift work over 5 weeks, mostly evenings/weekends (once every 5 weeks)
