M/F "Accelerator" PROJECT MANAGER

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the association. The Association is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

Under the responsibility of the Territorial Manager of the "Decisive Pass" program and in collaboration with the "Accelerator" program referent, you will ensure the follow-up of the young people during the program.

 

In this capacity, your tasks will be as follows:  

 

• - With the support of the territorial integration managers, sports educators and your manager, you will identify the young people likely to join the project, present the project to them and select the young people most likely to join the program.
• - You are fully involved in the experimentation of a new device to accompany young people who are far from training and employment towards sustainable employment.
• - To be in close contact with the prescribers and local actors accompanying the young person to ensure a global follow-up (ML counselor, PE, PJJ educator, prevention educators, etc.).

 

• - You will be in charge of the development of the professional project of each young person of the promotion under the responsibility of the referent of the device.
• - You will lead group workshops around the professional project with the young people of each promotion under the responsibility of the referent of the device.

Social and professional support for young people who have dropped out

 

• - To ensure the individual and qualitative accompaniment of each young person integrating the system, during this one.
• - To meet regularly and individually with the young people of the promotion (to organize 1 individual meeting per week during the device) by adjusting according to the situation of the young person.

 

• - Ensure the mobilization of this public in each of the collective actions/workshops set up in the framework of the Decisive Pass program.
• - Carry out a regular report on the young people using the tools identified (Digisport in particular)

Project and associative investment

 

• - You are a full member of the Decisive Pass program. As such, you may be asked to pilot or co-pilot one of the program's transversal projects. You may also be asked, depending on the needs, to carry out other punctual missions to help a member of your team, especially in the Val d'Oise territories.
• - As an employee of Sport Dans La Ville, you contribute to the success of the association's flagship events.
• - Participate in association events.
