M/F "Accelerator" PROJECT MANAGER

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville is the main association of insertion through sport in France. She mission is to offer a springboard to springboard for young people by accompanying them in their education, their orientation and their entry into working life.

Sport dans la Ville is also a partner of Paris 2024 and strongly involved in projects related to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Finally, the association is developing very strongly, particularly in the Ile de France region.

Under the responsibility of the Territorial Manager of the "Decisive Pass" program and in collaboration with the "Accelerator" program referent, you will ensure the follow-up of the young people during the program.

In this capacity, your tasks will be as follows:

• With the support of the territorial integration managers, the sports educators and your manager, you willthe project, you will identify the young people likely to join the project, present the project to them and select the young people most likely to join the program.
• You are participating fully in the experimentation of a new support system for young people who are far fromof young people who are far from from training and employment towards sustainable employment.
• To be in close contact with the prescribers and local actors accompanying the young person to ensure a global follow-up (ML counselor, PE, PJJ educator, prevention educators, etc.).
• You will be in charge of the development of the professional project of each young person of the promotion under the responsibility of the referent of the device.
• You will lead group workshops around the professional project with the young people of each promotion under the responsibility of the referent of the device.

• Social and professional support for young people who have dropped out

• To ensure the individual and qualitative accompaniment of each young person integrating the system, during the-the program.
• Meet regularly and individually with the young people of the promotion (organize 1 individual meeting per week during the program) by adjusting according to the situation of the young person.
• Ensure the mobilization of this public in each of the collective actions/workshops set up in the framework of the Decisive Pass program.
• Carry out a regular report of the young people using the tools identified. (Digisport in particular) Project and associative investment.

• You are a full member of the Decisive Pass program.
• As such, you may be asked to pilot or co-pilot one of the program's cross-cutting projects. You may also be required, depending on the needs, to carry out other specific missions to help a member of your team, particularly in the Val D'Oisethe Val D'Oise.
• As an employee of Sport Dans La Ville, you will contribute to the success of the association's flagship events and participate in the association's events.

• TRAINING:

• 3 to 5 years of higher education, with a degree in human resources, management or professional integration professional insertion.
• If not, successful experience in the above fields.
• Training on the development of a professional project.

• EXPERIENCE :

- You have had responsibilities as a project manager in the corporate world or in the associative sector. You have already accompanied young people in their orientation and access toemployment. You have already led group workshops for 16-25 year olds.
