Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

 

Mission

 

Reporting to the Ile-de-France events manager, within the Events and Partnerships department, you will contribute to the organization of Ile-de-France events for the association's partners and young beneficiaries. As such, the tasks of the Ile-de-France Events Project Manager will be as follows:
- Ensure the production of solidarity events: soccer tournament at Clairefontaine, race, solidarity evening, etc.
- Participate in the marketing of the Ile-de-France Campus: draw up quotations, follow up invoicing, manage service providers, etc.
- Organize customized events for the Campus francilien.
- Help program teams organize their events: graduation and graduation ceremonies, site inaugurations, etc.

Desired profile

• - Higher education diploma (Bac +3 minimum)
  - Strong operational versatility, autonomy and rigor
  - You are attracted by project management and event organization.
  - First experience in events management desirable
  - Motivated by the Association's mission
  - Driving license required
