Founded in 1998, Sport dans la Ville is France's leading organization for integration through sport.
It works to contribute to equality of opportunity by promoting the social and professional integration of young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods. Its mission is to give the young people it supports the confidence, desire and means to dream and succeed.

 

Mission

 

- You will build up and coordinate a group of young people (14 to
25 years old) from the priority neighborhoods we serve in the Loire region.

 

- You provide individual guidance to these young people in their orientation and integration (internship, sup
(3rd grade internships, higher education, work-study programs, jobs, etc.) and mobilize them for collective actions
(workshops, visits, mentoring, employment events, federative events, etc.).

 

- You are involved in preparing and running group activities (workshops on life skills, career discovery, internship and/or work-study searches, company visits, etc.).

 

- You create links with local players (institutions, associations, businesses) and take part in working groups on youth, guidance, integration and employment.

 

- You promote the development of women's confidence, leadership and gender diversity.

Desired profile

- Committed, dynamic and a team player.

 

- Good interpersonal skills with young people and ability to manage and lead a group.

 

- Interest in subjects related to education, pedagogy, training and integration.

 

- Ease of linking up with partners.

 

- B driving license required.

 

- Ideally BAFA.
