Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the association. The Association is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
Reporting to the "AURA Passe Décisive Manager", you will be responsible for the positioning and follow-up of young people who have dropped out of the labour market and are monitored by the Specialised Integration Managers in all the territories where Sport Dans La Ville is present in the AURA region.
In this capacity, your tasks will be as follows:
Employment :
- You ensure the collection and validity of all job offers for the target group.
- You run preparation sessions for young people: presentation of offers, CV and interview advice, simulated interviews and pre-selection of young people to present
- You will be responsible for reporting, post-forum follow-up and post-employment follow-up
- You are the main contact for companies throughout the young person's professional experience (internship, work experience, employment)
- You are the relay for the teams on all issues relating to the search for internships, work experience or employment.
- You are the employment and training referent for the Decisive Pass program and as such, you are responsible for exchanges and relations with the dedicated employment team at Job Dans La Ville.
- You will participate in all meetings, committees or working sessions related to the theme of employment and training in the different territories in which Sport Dans La Ville operates.
- You are responsible for ensuring that young people are offered a wide range of professional opportunities, with a particular focus on SIAEs (structures for integration through economic activity), temporary employment agencies and all structures offering subsidised contracts.
Internal employment and training events (internships, work experience, employment) :
- You list the partner companies of the Decisive Pass program and canvass for new partners such as VSEs/SMEs, craftsmen, integration companies, temporary workers and training organisations.
- Your objective is to create as many opportunities as possible for the young people enrolled in the Decisive Pass program in the AURA region and to meet the requirements of the Association's partner companies.
- You set up mini job dating events by matching the needs of young people followed in the region with those of companies.
Animation :
- You may be required to run job preparation workshops on an ad hoc basis in conjunction with the teams in Lyon, St Etienne, Grenoble, Chambéry and Villefranche.
Organisation:
Position based in Lyon 9 at the Vaise Campus with significant involvement in Grenoble, Chambéry, St Etienne and the Lyon metropolitan area with a minimum of one to two days per week in St Etienne and/or Grenoble required.
Team coordination, co-construction of projects and strong analytical and reporting skills.
Active participation in the life of the Association and its highlights: gala dinner, closing ceremony Job dans la ville, Jog in the city.
You have significant experience in a recruitment agency, temporary employment agency or integration structure and are keen to put your expertise to work for young people.
