Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main France’s leading organization for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the organization. The Organization is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

By leading sports sessions, you will contribute to the education and development of young people atorganization.
You are an ambassador fororganization and its values.

 

The main tasks of the position are to :

 

• - You lead soccer or basketball sessions, you make young people want to come back and you pass on the values and skills that are essential for their success
• - You maintain an educational attitude in all circumstances, you listen to young people
• - You monitor the attendance of young people and their investment
• - You will take part in the management oforganization events: matches involvingorganization sports partners, tournaments, etc.

Desired profile

Diploma and skills

- BPJEPS (APT/Sport Co./Soccer) / State soccer or basketball license / STAPS license

- Good pedagogical skills for setting up sports sessions

- Permit B

 

Experiences

You have already led sports sessions in schools, clubs or social structures. You know how to work with a young audience and participate in an educational process.

- Passionate about sports in general and soccer in particular

- Sense of dialogue and mediation

- Rigorous, professional and respectful of its commitments

- Strong social fibre
