Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 8,500 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
Through the running of sports sessions, you will participate in the education and progression of
young people of the association. You are an ambassador for the association and its values.
Specifically, we are looking for the following positions
As such:
- You lead sports sessions
- You make young people want to come back and pass on values and skills
essential for their success.
- You will set up sessions to encourage young people to progress, both in
in terms of technique and attitude.
- You maintain an educational attitude in all circumstances, you listen to young people.
- You will keep track of attendance via a digital tool and carry out evaluations on the attitude of
young people in session.
- You will participate in the management of the association's events: outings linked to the sport you lead, holiday stays, company visits, etc.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Preferably BAFA/BPJEPS/Brevet d'Etat/Licence Staps/CQP (non-graduates possible depending on experience)
- Good teaching skills
- Ability to set up sports animation sessions
- B licence (recommended)
EXPERIENCE
You have already led sports sessions in schools, clubs or social structures.
You know how to work with a young audience and participate in an educational process.
PERSONALITY
- Passionate about sports: soccer, basketball in particular
- Professional and respectful of its commitments
- Dialogue and mediation skills
- Strong social fibre
