Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people registered with the association. Sports programs
53 sports centers located in the heart of sensitive neighborhoods in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Ile-de-France, and South Hauts-de-France regions allow young people to practice soccer, basketball or dance free of charge every week.
These sports sessions help the young people in their path to success with the integration of values essential to their future social and professional integration.
Discovery programs
Sport dans la Ville has created multi-activity vacation camps that benefit 300 young people each year and an international exchange program, in conjunction with partner associations in the United States, England, Brazil and India.

Socio-professional integration programs:
Sport dans la Ville created the " Job dans la Ville " program, which promotes the professional integration of young people through concrete actions: individual follow-up of professional projects; visits to companies and training organizations; information and training workshops; access to internships and contracts in companies.
Finally the program " Entrepreneurs dans la Ville " program, run jointly with emlyon business school, supports young people with projects from priority neighborhoods in the creation of their company over a period of three years. Sport dans la Ville currently employs nearly 120 full-time employees and 200 sports instructors.
Reporting to the National Director of the program Job dans la Ville, you will participate in the monitoring, animation and development of the program in its 4 regions of deployment.
Program Description :
Job dans la Ville accompanies more than 2,000 young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods in France each year, in four different regions, in their training and access to employment. This support targets different moments in the lives of young people: young people who have completed their schooling before the baccalaureate, young students, young people looking for work, and young people who are further away from employment, and offers them actions adapted to their needs. The young people are accompanied by a person in charge of integration, and are integrated into actions organized throughout the year: orientation workshops, company visits, workshops on techniques for finding internships / work-study programs, year-round projects, sponsorship, stays abroad, intensive programs for remobilization through sports, etc.
Job dans la Ville is developing strongly with great qualitative and quantitative ambitions and you will support this development on a wide variety of themes.
As such, your main missions will be
National program animation
- Contribute to the drafting of responses to public calls for projects or private funding requests, alongside the private and public partnership teams
Intervention alongside the young people and the teams of the association
You have a very good command of the Pack Office, an ease with figures, a very good level of writing and ability to formalize, a good relational ease
At the beginning of the school year, you will join a work-study program at the M2 level.
You are autonomous, agile, adaptable, rigorous and enthusiastic.
You are sensitive to the issues of professional integration of young people.
