Support for the deployment of the "Passe décisive" program - Hauts-de-France - Service Civique

Background

Founded in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become France's leading organization for integration through sport. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 12,000 young people registered with theorganization. Theorganization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

Under the supervision of the "Passe Décisive" program's specialized integration manager, you will be involved in deploying the program to help young people who are far from employment and training to find their way back into sustainable social and professional life.

 

Ideal as part of an end-of-study experience, or a gap year, your main missions will be :

• - Support the specialized integration referent to ensure that the program runs smoothly, and that the young people are involved and motivated.
• - Help organize workshops and support young people throughout their career (administrative procedures, finding training or employment...).
• - You may be called upon to support other missions linked to professional integration, depending on your aptitudes and skills.
• - Participate in theorganization s highlights (sports tournaments, events, etc.)

Desired profile

• - Committed, dynamic, a team player with the ability to make proposals
• Good interpersonal skills with young people and ability to lead a group (ideally BAFA)
• - Interest in entertainment and sport
• - Comfortable with digital technology and administrative procedures
• - B driver's license desired
