Support for the development of the " Job dans la Ville " program - Hauts-de-France - Service Civique

Background

Founded in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become France's leading organization for integration through sport. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 12,000 young people registered with theorganization. Theorganization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

• The Job dans la Ville program helps middle school, high school and university students find their bearings, clarify their career plans and get the most out of their first work experience.
• Reporting to the Job dans la Ville HDF manager and working with the team of integration managers, you will help develop the program by contributing to the design and implementation of actions aimed at young people.
• Ideal as part of an end-of-study experience, or a gap year, your main missions will be :

  - Participate in the follow-up, animation and development of the mentoring program

• - To help organize and run leisure and sports events designed to help people discover careers and the world of work.
• - Support school vacation programming (company visits/workshops/tournaments, etc.)
• - Involve employees of our partner companies in these various initiatives
• - Contribute to the organization of various regional events (Employment Forum, Equality Raid, etc.).

Desired profile

• - Committed, dynamic, team-oriented and a self-starter
  - Good interpersonal skills with young people and ability to lead a group (ideally BAFA)
  - An interest in entertainment and sport
  - A sense of organization and initiative would be a plus
  - Driving license required
