Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the association. The Association is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).



Reporting to the Head of Sport & Events L dans la Ville, you will participate in the pedagogical development and animation of the programme as well as in the organisation of its various events.


As such 

  • - You participate in the development of the programme in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region
  • - You will provide weekly support for visits to sports centres L dans la ville, in conjunction with the Sport & Events Manager L dans la Ville and the Integration Managers in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (Wednesdays and Saturdays)
  • - You follow the field figures every week in order to identify developments (positive or negative)
  • - On the advice and supervision of your manager, you set up specific action plans to boost and relaunch the sessions that are not working as well (leafleting, meetings with local structures, discovery operations, phoning, etc.)
  • - You will be responsible for the follow-up of invoices and payments to the different sports providers of the programme.
  • - In conjunction with the team Sport et Pédagogie, you will develop innovative educational content that meets the objectives of the programme L dans la Ville.
  • - You will participate in the organisation and supervision of field events created for the girls in the programme: tournaments, match outings, sports outings, meetings with well-known players, etc.
  • - You will also be involved in the organisation and supervision of trips and camps for girls.
  • - You help to select and mobilise girls for events.
  • - You will monitor the media on gender equality in sport and in society as part of our social media communications.
  • - You collaborate on the development of new partnerships and ensure that the relationship with existing partnerships is maintained.
  • - You will take part, in the same way as all permanent employees, in all the highlights of the association's life (sports tournaments, events, etc.).
