Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville is the main association for integration through sport in France. Its mission is to offer a springboard to young people by accompanying them in their education, their orientation and their entry into working life. Sport dans la Ville reaches out to young people in school, studying, looking for work and young people far from employment.

Sport dans la Ville is also a partner of Paris 2024 and strongly involved in projects related to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.


The aim of this position is to help young people from the priority neighbourhoods of the City Policy to find employment or training, by deploying an intensive support system strongly anchored in sport.

Joining us means embarking on a great entrepreneurial, social, sporting and Olympic adventure.



You will be responsible for the launch and deployment of a new support programme for young people who have dropped out of school. Your objective is to source, remobilise and support young people in defining and implementing their professional or training project. You will be their contact person and the pivot of the links with all the actors who will act in their remobilisation process.


In this capacity, your main tasks will be to

  • - Identify young people to accompany, animate the group dynamics throughout the deployed scheme 
  • Conducting fieldwork to identify young people for inclusion in the project
  • To set up and follow up partnerships with local structures in the territories where Sport dans la Ville intervenes in order to source young people corresponding to the criteria for support
  • Create the collective dynamic of the group and maintain it in the long term Ensure the mobilisation of young people in each of the actions
  • To ensure the progress of the group and the respect of the defined operating framework


- To be the referent of the operational deployment of the project throughout the support

  • To set up the calendar of actions within the defined educational framework and to be a force of proposal on the adjustments to be made
  • Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure that their interventions are in line with the defined needs and the public
  • In particular, ensure that the sports activities implemented meet the expectations of developing socio-professional skills
  • Supervising activities organised in conjunction with external partners (company visits, outings, events).
  • Carry out the expected reporting (follow-up of young people, participation in activities, removal of obstacles, etc.)


- Supporting young people who have dropped out of school and are integrated into the programme

  • To create a relationship of trust with each young person and to ensure that he or she gains competence by taking stock of the situation with the various parties involved
  • To provide qualitative individual support to the young people integrated, in particular on the subjects of removing obstacles to employment, defining a professional project and preparing its implementation
  • Establish and develop a close and lasting relationship with partner structures in the follow-up of young people who have dropped out of school
  • To be the guarantor of the young people's investment, of the coherence of their project
  • To make the link with job/training opportunities identified by the association or its partners and to be proactive in linking with potential recruiters in the area
  • Supporting young people until they have consolidated their effective exit into employment or training


- Project and associative investment

  • Part-time member of the "Passe Décisive" programme, dedicated to young people who are far from employment. In this capacity, you may be required to pilot or co-pilot one of the transversal projects of the "Passe Décisive" programme. You may also be required, depending on the needs, to carry out specific missions to help a member of your team.
  • Contribute to the success of the association's flagship events
  • Participate in the association's events.


Reporting to the Regional Director of the Job dans la Ville programme, you will ensure the deployment of the "Employment" pathway of the Job dans la Ville programme in the AURA region: intensive support for young people ready to enter the professional world

Desired profile

  • Education / Experience
  • - You have a bachelor's degree in HR, professional insertion
  • - If not, a successful and significant experience in the following fields: sports, youth work and/or professional integration
  • - It is essential to have a driving licence

  • - Proven skills in dealing with young people and group management
  • - Strong interest in sports as a support tool
  • - You have a strong taste for teamwork
  • - You have a spirit of initiative and enjoy taking on challenges
