Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the association. The Association is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for HR development within the association, and will carry out the following tasks:
- Act as the main point of contact for the regional hubs on all matters relating to the individual and collective development of the association's employees - Conduct individual follow-up interviews with employees - Consolidate individual requests for professional training - Assessment of skills within the organization Sport dans la Ville - Monitoring, adjusting and deploying team skills development plans - Train and support managers in career and skills management policy - Monitor the association's internal recruitment (Eolia application) in conjunction with managers - Organization of integration seminars for new arrivals - Participate in the development of the HR department and its tools - Participate in the association's key events
- Minimum 3 years' higher education in HR, with significant experience in HR development (career management, skills development, training, recruitment, etc.) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / ability to take a step back - Strong project management skills, flexibility / responsiveness - Autonomy and discretion - Frequent travel to the association's other regional centers (Paris, Marseille, Lille, Grenoble, Saint Etienne) - Open-ended contract (CDI) - executive position with fixed number of days per year
