Specialized Integration Manager - 12-month renewable contract - Based in Pantin, France

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

 

Mission

 

• You will identify young people and accompany them towards participation in the Passe Décisive program in the following areas: Paris 19, Saint-Denis and Saint-Ouen.
• You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring partnerships with local structures in the area, in order to source young people who meet the support criteria.
• You will be responsible for the individual and qualitative support of a group of young people in the Passe Décisive program.
• You will ensure that the young people you support are involved in each of the targeted collective actions (Promo Pour l'emploi, Accélérateur, Rebond Favorable, visits, sports activities, etc.).
• Produce regular reports using the tools identified.
• Leading this community of young people, making suggestions.
• Establish and develop a close and lasting relationship with partner structures in the follow-up of out-of-school youth.
• As a full member of the Decisive Pass program, you may be asked to lead or co-lead one of the program's cross-functional projects. You may also be asked to take on one-off assignments to help a member of your team.
• You contribute to the success of the association's flagship events.

Desired profile

• Recognized interpersonal and mediation skills.
• Skills in the field of professional integration, particularly with NEETS aged 16 to 25.
• Ability to lead group workshops.
• Conducting individual interviews.
• Ability to assess young people's progress in the program.
• Knowledge of the business world.
• A love of sport.
