Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
Reporting to the Head of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (AURA) dropout program, you will ensure the deployment of the program throughout the Lyon metropolitan area by developing and animating the network of young "dropouts" seeking training and/or employment.
In this capacity, your tasks will be as follows:
Sourcing of young people to accompany and creation and animation of a promotion of dropouts: - With the support of the territorial integration managers, sports educators and your manager, you will identify young people and accompany them towards a "re-engagement" in the territories of the Lyon metropolis - You will participate fully in the experimentation of a new system for supporting young people who are far from training and employment towards sustainable employment
Pedagogy: Job search techniques & animation of the network of experts: - Guaranteed to "upskill" young "dropouts" in their search for a solution by creating a dedicated educational program.
Accompaniment of young "dropouts": - Provide individual and group support to a class of dropouts.
In the context of your missions, you will work from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive and 2 evenings per week until 8 pm. You will be required to travel regularly, over several days, in particular for stays with young people
You have a minimum of 3 years of higher education in HR, professional insertion or recruitment and you have a driving licence If not, you must have significant and successful experience in the following fields: sports, youth work and/or recruitment and/or professional integration Operational experience with young people who are far from employment is required.
