Mission

 

• *Mentoring mentoring of young people by employees of partner companies is a key factor in the success of the program and, more broadly, of all the actions of the Sport dans la Villeorganization . To achieve these objectives, you will be responsible for sourcing, introducing, training and supporting mentors, while promoting the program to young people and their advisors. You will match pairs of mentors, ensuring that they are properly matched and that the pair lives up to its potential. You will measure the impact of the program, and be alert to any innovations and areas for improvement. Your expertise on the subject will also enable you to contribute actively to the national dynamic. You will also be responsible for sourcing and setting up 1-day sponsorship programs (skills sponsorship).

• * The management of the "alumni club"; you will be responsible for animating the alumni community.

Desired profile

• - With at least a 3-year higher education diploma, you have at least a first successful experience in corporate relations, human resources and/or project management.
  - Your interpersonal skills are one of your main assets. Facilitating, caring and flexible, you never lose sight of your objectives. Rigorous and organized, you are always on the lookout for possible innovations and improvements to enhance the performance and impact of your assignments.
  - You must hold a valid driving license and, ideally, a BAFA.
  - This position requires the ability to work flexible hours (1 evening per month minimum).
