Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main organization for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Organization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
• You will coordinate the network of partner companies for the Job dans la Ville program (employee engagement, group activities such as visits and workshops, mentoring, and professional experiences). • You will be responsible for monitoring and compiling job openings from Job dans la Ville partner companies Job dans la Ville will follow up on applications from young people supported byorganization internships for 9th and 10th graders and vocational high school students, student internships, and work-study contracts). • You will develop and implement a outreach strategy targeting companies located in theorganization service areasorganization operating in sectors that align with the needs of the youth we support. • In support of the director of the Job dans la Ville program, you will representorganization meetings with the program’s partner companies. • You will oversee the day-to-day management of the Mentoring Program Coordinator and represent organization governance bodies.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate relations within an educational or social organization (organization, schools, universities, etc.). • You know how to manage a network and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. • You are comfortable using reporting and data processing tools. • You have prior management experience.
