Founded in 1998, Sport dans la Ville is France's leading organization for integration through sport. It works to contribute to equality of opportunity by promoting the social and professional integration of young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods.

Its mission is to give the young people it supports the confidence, desire and means to dream and succeed.

 

Mission

 

• - Manage and coordinate dedicated territories made up of sports centers (Rhône).

 

• - Manage and run the sports centers (managing sports educators, ensuring attendance and regular attendance by young people).

- Expand Sport dans la Ville 's educational project to the territory under its responsibility.

 

• - Act as Sport dans la Ville Ville's territorial contact (establish a relationship with local players, young people and their families).

 

• - Be present and active in the preparation and organization of Pôle Sportif events, including vacation stays (supervision and direction).

 

• - Encourage the development of women's sports and gender diversity.

Desired profile

- Dynamic, committed, a leader at heart and a sportsman.ve.

 

• - Experience in team and project management, ideally in the field of sports (management, events, session content).
• - Recognized for your interpersonal skills with young people and your ability to manage a group.
• - BAFD holder or wish to be accompanied in the training.
• - Driving license required.
