Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
A team of 7 regional sports managers in the IDF, who cover all the centers. They report to the Regional Sports Manager.
- Manage and coordinate the sports centers under your responsibility at Saint-Ouen (2 sites) and L'Île-Saint-Denis (1 site). - Manage and run the sports centers: manage the sports educators (approx. 10), ensure that young people attend the centers and keep up their attendance. - Act as Sport dans la Ville 's territorial contact (establish relationships with local players, young people and their families). - Be present and active in the preparation and organization of Pôle Sportif events, including vacation stays, the discovery of new practices, events linked to the Olympic Games, etc. - Promote Sport dans la Ville 's educational project in the region and all the association's programs. - To support the L dans la Ville program, encourage the development of women's sports and gender diversity, and follow the educational guidelines agreed with the team at the start of the year.
Essential presence on the sports fields on Wednesdays (1pm-7pm) and Saturdays (9am-3.30pm) during the school term. The rest of the time: presence at the head office in Pantin.
- You are dynamic, committed, a leader at heart and sporty. - You have a proven track record in team and project management. - You have successful and significant experience in the field of sports (management, events, session content). - You are recognized for your ability to interact with young people and your ability to manage a group. - You have a BAFD diploma or would like to be accompanied in your training.
