Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main organization for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Organization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

• Oversee and coordinate designated areas comprising sports centers.
• Manage and run sports centers (manage sports instructors, ensure youth participation and attendance).
• Expand the Sport dans la Ville educational project Sport dans la Ville the assigned area and promote all oforganization programs.
• Serve as the regional liaison for Sport dans la Ville build relationships with local stakeholders, young people, and their families).
• Be actively involved in planning and running events at the Sports Center, including vacation camps.
• Promote the development of women’s sports and gender diversity.

Desired profile

• You are dynamic, committed, a natural leader, and athletic
• You have relevant experience in team and project management, ideally in the sports sector (management, activities, session content)
• You are known for your ability to connect with young people and lead a group
• Degree or experience in youth activities
• Class B driver’s license required
