The “Young Talents” program was launched in 2019 with the goal of helping young people practice English and gain professional experience abroad (internships, summer jobs, V.I.E. placements, etc.). In addition to opening their eyes to the world and helping them learn a new language, these experiences abroad allow the young people we support to add a valuable line to their resumes.
You will assist the manager of the "Young Talents" program throughout the season:
• Help organize the English Academy: English classes, training, and monitoring of
conversation partners, workshops, and conferences.
• Help organize study abroad programs and special events.
• Provide support to help young people with their international projects.
• Contribute, on the same basis as all permanent staff, to key events in theorganization calendar.
• You have a passion for project management.
• You enjoy working in a team and interacting with various stakeholders (youth, corporate partners, internal teams).
• You are motivated, organized, and thorough.
• You have a good command of English (B2 or equivalent), as well as an interest in international affairs and youth mobility.
• You are drawn to the nonprofit sector and are sensitive to the challenges of social and professional integration for young people.
