Civic Service - "Entrepreneurs dans la Ville" - April 2023

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Entrepreneurs dans la Ville is a business creation support program dedicated to young people from Priority Urban Neighborhoods.

Our goal? To participate in equal opportunities in entrepreneurship and to propel ambitious and determined young entrepreneurs to the top.

 

Mission

 

Under the supervision of Nathan Storoge (Program Ecosystem Manager) and Marie Pignier (Startup Manager), you will support the team of permanent staff in charge of the development of the program by contributing to the following missions

 

Events : 

• ● Supporting the organization of events
  ● Helping to organize pitch sessions and project reviews
  ● Support for the organization of sports events, teambuilding and networking
  ● Animation of meetings and collective times for entrepreneurs, in connection with other structures of support to business creation and companies
• ● Manage and inform contractors from different programs about activities, presence at trade shows

 

Ongoing support throughout the program

• ● Monitor and update the database of contractors and participate in the preparation of balance sheets.
  ● Participate in the highlights of the life of the association (sports tournaments, events, vacation stays ...)
  ● Attendance at partner meetings

 

Program Organization:

• ● Relationship with the speakers
  ● Booking of benefits
  ● Mentoring follow-up
