Mission

 

As part of the “Passe Décisive” team, you will help implement the program to support young people aged 16–25 who are not in employment or training as they re-engage in society and work toward sustainable social and professional integration.

 

• • Support the specialized job placement coordinator(s) to ensure the smooth operation of the
  program and the commitment and engagement of the young people.
• • Help organize workshops and provide support to young people
  as they progress through the program (handling administrative procedures, helping them find training or employment).
• • You may be asked to assist with other projects related to
  professional integration, depending on your interests and skills.
• • Participate in sports-based re-engagement sessions
• • Participate in key events in theorganization ’s calendarorganization sports tournaments, events, etc.)

• Dynamic, committed, and a team player
• Known for your ability to connect with young people
• Experience leading a group is a plus
• Comfortable with digital tools and administrative tasks is a plus
• Interest in sports
