Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main France’s leading organization for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the organization. The Organization is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

MissionS

 

• Your role will be to help coordinate the “Rouler vers les Mondiaux” project at the national level—a program that brings together more than 100 young people from theorganization five regions of operationorganization cycling—by:
• – Involved in the national coordination of the project and in leading the regional teams,
• – Assisting teams as needed with planning and organization,
• – Helping to prepare for the national traveling camp scheduled for late August 2027 (logistics, organization, coordination of the participants),
• – Preparing presentation materials and documents for partners,
• – Helps identify, engage, and monitor project partners,
• – Monitoring developments in the cycling sector (public policies, key players, and funding opportunities, etc.),
• – Helping to identify and respond to potential calls for proposals.

Desired profile

• – Master’s student (IEP, business school, university, sports management, etc.).
• – A strong interest in issues related to youth, equal opportunity, sports, and social integration.
• – Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• – Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
• – An understanding of the challenges involved in organizing sporting events, activities, and youth programs.
• – The BAFA certification can also be an asset.
