A Territorial Sports Manager

Background

 

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the association. The Association is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

Attached to the Grenoble team, you are responsible for the various sports centers in the Grenoble metropolitan area (soccer, basketball, tennis and dance).

In this capacity, your main missions are:

 

• ● Manage and animate the sports centers (manage the sports educators, ensure attendance and attendance of young people)
• ● To be present and active in the preparation and animation of the events and tournaments of the Sports Centre
• ● Be the territorial referent of Sport dans la Ville (establish a relationship with the actors of the territory, the youth and their families)
• ● Create and maintain bridges with the insertion program " Job dans la Ville "
• ● Be involved in the life of the association and the events of the different programs ( L dans la Ville, Success in the City, Decisive Pass, Camps and stays)

 

Desired profile

● You are dynamic, have a spirit of initiative and like to take up challenges

• ● You have a strong taste for teamwork
• ● You are known for your interpersonal skills with young people and your ability to manage a group
• ● You have a valid driver's license and a BAFA
• ● You are available Tuesday through Saturday
