Job dans la Ville employment and hard-working holidays

Job dans la Ville youth enjoyed the holiday season to discover and learn more about the business world and their professional career.

850 young people registered to Job dans la Ville program and is welcome to take part in the various activities: company visit-tours, interview trainings, professional workshops and professional insertion trips.

Many workshops has been held to answer the youth needs: resume writing and career guidance workshops. In Paris, the youth met volunteers from partner companies to improve their interview skills. In Lyon, the youth took part in digital workshop to control and manage their own digital identity.

Following the partnership with Street LeagueAt a twin British association, 10 young Parisian enjoyed a weekly-trip in London, UK to discover British companies and enlarge their professional opportunities. They met the following enterprises: JP Morgan, BazaarVoice and London East Novotel.

On Sport dans la Ville Campusin Lyon, 13 youth from the Sport caster project had the chance to meet with Messaoud Benterki, mentor of this program for the 2nd time. The youth could hear their mentor's advice on soccer journalistic analysis. In order to discover broadcasting and the media world, the group visited OL TV studio and met Guillaume Gache, professional sportscaster for 5 years on OL TV network.

On another topic, 15 youth has been selected to be part of Decathlon recruitment day at Sport dans la Ville. They played sports games on morning to show their ability to work as a team and they met the recruiters for individual and collective interviews.
