SC MISSION TO SUPPORT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT L DANS LA VILLE

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Program Description :

• L dans la Ville is a program that cuts across all Sport dans la Ville programs.
  Its aim is to give young girls the same opportunities for success, by supporting them in their personal development and professional integration.
  It was born out of the realization that, from the age of 12 onwards, girls were no longer sufficiently present at the Association's sports sessions, and were therefore under-represented in the professional integration program Job dans la Ville.
• The L dans la Ville program is aimed at all young girls enrolled in Sport dans la Ville's sports programs or work integration programs.
• The L dans la Ville teams would like to work on 4 issues:
• - Encouraging girls' sports participation
  - Boost girls' confidence and leadership
  - Promote career guidance and integration for girls
  - Promote gender diversity and equality

 

Mission

 

• Under the supervision of the Pedagogy and Program Development Manager L dans la Ville, you will participate in the development and emancipation of young girls through sports activities as part of the LDLV program.
• As such, you will be able to participate in the following actions:
• - Helping to set up initiatives to promote the professional integration of young women in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region: support for the "Confidence and Leadership" project group, inspirational meetings, company visits, coaching, training workshops, organization of mini-breaks.
• - Helping to set up actions to raise awareness of gender diversity and thus encourage it, at sports sessions and during the association's camps and holidays.
• - Support in organizing cultural outings for young people throughout the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
• - Support for the creation of communication materials and the mobilization of young people for these various actions.
• - Participation in program development in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region: support in preparing prospecting, follow-up and feedback meetings with the program's private and public partners.
• - Visits to pitches and sports sessions " L dans la ville " to meet girls and educators and help organize and run L. sports tournaments.
• - Participation in the association's key events, on the fields and on the premises, during sports tournaments, sports sessions and fund-raising events.
• - Proposals for actions and activities in line with program objectives
