Background

 

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

• - Manage and coordinate the sports centers under your responsibility, particularly in Saint-Chamond (4 fields on 2 sites).
• - Manage and run the sports centers (manage sports educators, ensure attendance and attendance by young people).
• - Act as Sport dans la Ville 's territorial contact (establish a relationship with local players, young people and their families).
• - Be present and active in the preparation and organization of Pôle Sportif events, including vacation stays (supervision and direction).
• - Spread the Sport dans la Ville educational project throughout the region and promote all the association's programs.
• - In support of the L dans la Ville program, promote the development of women's sports and gender diversity.

• - You have a proven track record in team and project management.
• - You have successful and significant experience in the field of sports (management, events, session content).
• - You are recognized for your ability to work well with young people and to manage a group.
• - You have a BAFD diploma or would like to be accompanied in your training.
