Sport dans la Ville, winner of the calls for projects "PIC - 100% inclusion" and "Tremplin Asso".

Invested for more than 20 years in supporting the training and professional integration of young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods, Sport dans la Ville has recently received the label and support of the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion to deploy its actions on a larger scale. A "Passe décisive" to encourage young people who are far from the city to return to work.

14 is the number of winners of the 2nd wave of the "PIC - 100% inclusion" call for projects of which Sport dans la Ville is a part. With its "Passe décisive" project, the Association wishes to remobilise young people who are far from employment or training in a process of integration.

Philippe Oddou, Director General of Sport dans la Ville, stresses the importance of reaching out to all types of public: "In the 40 disadvantaged neighborhoods of the Community Policy of the State where we work, a large number of young people are dropping out of school and do not benefit from any special support. Reaching out to these "invisible" young people, who are in a very precarious situation with regard to training and employment, is at the heart of Sport dans la Ville's mission. The sports centers that we create and run at the foot of the building are privileged places to create direct contact with these young people, and try to put them back into a real dynamic of professional project".

Muriel Pénicaud, Minister of Labour, presented the call for projects put in place by the State as follows: " 100% inclusion is a watchword at the heart of the Government's policy because no one is unemployable and we must help the most vulnerable in training and access to employment. I am delighted at the excitement that the launch of this call for projects has provoked. France is full of social entrepreneurs, innovative initiatives and skills in our country, which should make it possible to provide solutions for our fellow citizens. »

Towards new territories with #TremplinAsso

Numerous players in the Social and Charity-based Economy gathered on Friday 26 April last around #TremplinAsso, the call for projects initiated by the Ministry of the City and by the General Commission for Equality of Territories (CGET).

What is the ambition of this innovative device? To enable young people from low income neighborhoods to succeed in the Republic by supporting 44 winning associations working in the fields of culture, employment or sport, and with the capacity to develop on a larger scale.

" The Ministry of Territorial Cohesion's certification is a sign of the State's confidence and strong support, at a time when Sport dans la Ville wishes to roll out its sports and professional integration programs on a national scale, as part of its contribution to the Heritage of Paris 2024 program ," says Quentin Moreno, Deputy Managing Director of Sport dans la Ville.
