Studying holidays for young people from Job dans la Ville

Objective employment and integration for young people enrolled in the program Job dans la Ville ! 250 young people took part in the numerous activities proposed by our teams with the support of our partner companies.

In Paris, Lyon and Saint-Etienne, employees from our partner companies met young people at Job dating events. 90 young people were interviewed by recruiters from Auchan, Décathlon, Monoprix and Stef, Apicil, Casino, Cegid, Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, Biomérieux, Descours and Cabaud, GL events and IFBTP.

Numerous workshops were offered to the young people, depending on their orientation needs: CV and cover letter permanence, simulated interviews by volunteer employees, looking for work-study programs, a 5-minute workshop to convince, an awareness workshop led by "finance and pedagogy". In Saint-Etienne, the young girls took advantage of a mobility workshop by travelling to Lyon on their own, while the Grenoble residents inaugurated a serious game on work-study programs.

A London stay full of success!
8 young people were selected to participate in the stay in England and develop their professional and language skills. They were welcomed on site by a number of companies: AccorHotels, BD, Centre Charles Péguy, Club Med, Décathlon, Neopost, Sanofi and Société Générale. Thanks to our partners, 4 young people were selected for internships and summer jobs.

On the side of the girls of L dans la Ville ...
Three professional integration stays benefited 27 girls from the L dans la Ville program. A first group of 7 girls visited the city of Marseille, L'Occitane and Digitick. A second group of 14 girls from Paris and Lyon went to Troyes to visit Infineo and Lacoste. Finally, 6 young girls had the chance to go to Milan, Italy for a discovery trip, where they were able to visit Société Générale's head office.
