Background

 

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

Reporting to the Loire Territorial Manager, you will participate in the development of the " Job dans la Ville " job placement program in the Loire region:

 

- You are responsible for the program's pedagogy and operational programming, in line with the objectives defined by the association,

 

- You recruit and manage a team of 3 people,

 

- You activate and animate a network of local companies and training organizations, to organize actions with young people, to promote the

 

discover careers and identify training, internship, work-study and employment opportunities,

 

- You participate in the supervision of actions organized with young people,

 

- You will support young people in their training, orientation and support activities,

 

- You will be involved in the life of the association and the team dynamics of Sport dans la Ville (support for events, office life...). office life...)

Desired profile

• You have aminimum of 4 years' higher education in HR, professional integration or recruitment, and significant experience in recruitment and/or professional integration.
• - You have a good knowledge of the job market, interview and job search techniques.
• - You have a valid driving license.
• - Rigorous, organized and autonomous, you have good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as writing and project management skills.
• - You have proven interpersonal skills with a wide range of contacts (companies, associations, young people).
• - You have a taste for teamwork, initiative and enjoy taking on challenges.- You are known for your optimism and ability to deal with the unexpected.
