Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will serve as a key operational support.

 

MissionS

 

Reporting to the Job dans la Ville Manager, you will help develop the career guidance and job placement program for the PACA region:​

​

• – You will help develop educational materials, organize events, and lead workshops for young people (resume writing, techniques for finding internships, work-study programs, and jobs, and mock interviews).
• – You will help supervise activities organized for young people.
• – You will work with the Job dans la Ville program manager to lead Job dans la Ville mentoring program, help coordinate and monitor the mentor-mentee pairs, and participate in national meetings.
• – You will oversee the design and distribution of the monthly newsletter for partners and prospects.
• – You will assist the Job dans la Ville Coordinator Job dans la Ville identifying new partners and managing the existing partner network.
• – Just like all permanent employees, you’ll take part in all the major events in theorganization calendarorganization sports tournaments, special events, and vacation trips).

Desired profile

• – Are you looking for a work-study program at the Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 level, or a 6-month internship, ideally with a focus on human resources or social work?
• – You have a good understanding of the job market, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
• – You are thorough, organized, and self-motivated, with strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as project management expertise.
• – You’re comfortable working with young audiences.
• – You have a strong preference for teamwork, take the initiative, and enjoy taking on challenges.
