By offering individual and family donors the opportunity to make a concrete contribution to its programs, the Sport dans la Ville Endowment Fund gives everyone the chance to contribute to the success of thousands of young people.

We are committed to working with you to define the best support solution to meet your expectations and your family and estate situation.

Please do not hesitate to contact our team if you have any questions.

Passing on your heritage

Beyond the traditional one-off donation, there are a number of ways of expressing your generosity while benefiting from tax breaks, depending on the constraints linked to your assets. Making a bequest, a donation or taking out life insurance for the benefit of the endowment fund represents lasting support for our actions: our team will work with you to define the best options.

Bequests and donations, temporary usufruct gifts & life insurance

With a view to passing on your assets, the endowment fund can help you draw up a philanthropic project in line with your values and wishes.

A donation is a contract by which the donor transfers ownership of an asset. Making a living gift is an irrevocable act, carried out before a notary, which transfers ownership of a good or right to a person (money, shares, bonds, copyrights, real estate, etc.).

Please note that the value of the gift must not exceed the reserve intended for the heirs with right to reserve, otherwise it will be reduced.

The legacy

means the transmission of all or part of your movable or immovable assets to one or more legatees after your death.

While it is possible to bequeath all or part of your assets to any individual (children, family members, close friends, etc.), it is also possible to make a bequest to a charitable organization such as the Sport dans la Ville Endowment Fund.

Unlike gifts, bequests only take effect after the testator's death. It requires the drafting of a will, which is a crucial step in ensuring that your wishes are respected. We advise you to make an appointment with your notary, who will be able to advise you according to your family situation and assets, and help you to draw up your will correctly, particularly if you wish to allocate a legacy to an organization of your choice.

Life insurance

While life insurance can be used to build up personal capital in the event of disability, it is also a popular investment and has become a particularly advantageous means of passing on wealth. You can designate the endowment fund as a beneficiary and contribute to the financing of our start-up projects (construction of sports fields, etc.).

Simple and effective, life insurance benefits from a favorable legal and tax framework. The capital transmitted is not subject to the rule of hereditary reserve, and is tax-exempt in most cases.
