In 2024, accompanied by TILT & POPEY'SSport dans la Ville Ville drew up its first carbon footprint and worked on formalizing its CSR strategy.

A complete audit of practices, and the collection of expectations from all stakeholders (young people, entrepreneurs, employees and financial backers) enabled the emergence of a strategic vision, broken down into 12 objectives divided into 4 pillars of action: social, societal, governance and environmental.

- Raising awareness among Sport dans la Ville young people of the jobs involved in the ecological transition.
- Promote the practice of sport and good nutrition, for the benefit of everyone's health.
- Facilitate access to disabled sports, and raise awareness of this discipline among young people.

- Maintain the strength and exemplary nature of our Board of Directors: gender parity, diversity and expertise.
- Leading statutory committees made up of expert directors, mobilized to monitor risks and validate remuneration.
- Develop an internal committee in charge of deploying the CSR action plan.

- Integrate eco-design into the construction of theorganization's sports facilities and buildings.
- Promote responsible consumption and purchasing.
