Internship - Assistant Director of Job Placement Program

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville is the main association for integration through sport in France. Its mission is to offer a springboard to young people by accompanying them in their education, their orientation and their entry into working life.

 

Mission

 

• You will support the National Director of the Job dans la Ville program, a professional integration program for young people between the ages of 14 and 25 living in Priority Urban Neighborhoods, on the following missions:
• ● Impact steering (design and production of operational reports, monitoring of the impact study)
  ● Animation of the operational deployment of the program in the 4 regions (preparation and follow-up of collective times, mutualization of pedagogical tools, etc.)
  ● Support for public and private fundraising (drafting of reports, agreements, responses to calls for projects)
  ● Participation in activities with young people (visits, workshops) and in the association's highlights (events)

Desired profile

• TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
  

  • ● You are in an M1 or M2 level course.
  • ● You have a first experience of project mode.
    ● You have a very good command of the Pack Office (Excel, PPT), an ease with figures, a very good writing level and formalization capacity.

• TEMPERAMENT AND PERSONALITY

  • ● You have good interpersonal skills.
  • ● You are autonomous, agile, adaptable, rigorous, enthusiastic.
  • ● You are sensitive to the issues of professional integration of young people.
