Created by Sport dans la Ville partnership with emlyon business school, Entrepreneurs dans la Ville a program designed to identify entrepreneurial talent from neighborhoods designated as urban policy priority areas. Since 2007, the program has been committed to helping as many young people as possible achieve entrepreneurial success by offering high-quality, completely free programs for anyone who wants to forge their own path.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will serve as a key operational support.

 

MissionS

 

• Operational Support and Coordination:
  • Serve as the Director of Operations’ right-hand person.
  • Help organize internal processes and ensure smooth communication between different teams and regions.
  • Ensure data is tracked and complete in the new information systems.
  • Provide support to the national team in impact assessment, event management, and other areas…

Facilitation and Planning:
• Schedule team meetings and help facilitate them: weekly meetings, seminars, etc.
• Help organize seminars and internal events to strengthen team dynamics.
• Support internal program restructuring projects

Desired profile

• • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (1st or 2nd year)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: independence, a passion for challenges, and a proactive attitude.
  • Analytical skills to manage and ensure data quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and network.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (SharePoint)
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm are essential.
  • Interest in the nonprofit sector and social and professional integration initiatives.
