Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main organization for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Organization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).
• You will source a group of young people aged 16 to 29 who have dropped out of school in order to support them through the Passe Décisive program. These young people will come from the neighborhoods whereorganization operatesorganization the EPT Roissy Pays-de-France (Gonesse and Villiers-le-Bel). • You will provide individual support to this group of young people: conducting regular individual interviews, defining an action plan for returning to work or training, and working to remove peripheral barriers to integration. • You will implement the sports-based teaching methods developed for this audience in order to re-engage them and help them become aware of the skills they use when participating in sports.• You will set up themed workshops, drawing on the support of educational partners in particular. • You provide administrative support for young people assisted under the public Offre de repérage et de remobilisation (O2R) program and are identified as the point of contact for the RPE (Missions Locales, France Travail, DEETS, etc.) in the EPT Roissy Pays-de-France area. • You will establish and maintain partnerships with key local stakeholders in your area of intervention (specialized prevention services, neighborhood associations).
