Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main France’s leading organization for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the organization. The Organization is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

  • • Strengthen and facilitate collaboration with ministries, agencies, and various institutions involved in theorganization areas of activity.
  • • Develop new partnerships and new funding resources fororganization grants, calls for projects, calls for tenders, and commercial services.
  • • Ensure sourcing and partnership monitoring,

  • • Identify funding opportunities from European bodies (Erasmus+, ESF, ERDF, European Commission, etc.) and respond to calls for projects or related opportunities. • Identify and respond to calls for projects or related opportunities from other European bodies (Erasmus+, ESF, ERDF, European Commission, etc.).
  • • Strengthen collaborations with organizations inorganization areas of intervention, particularly in the fields of sports (federations, etc.), employment (France Travail, etc.), and business (Les entreprises s'engagent, etc.).
  • • Support the effective coordination of the various public partnership teams in the different regions whereorganization operates.
  • • Represent theorganization the sector and with other partner associations.

Desired profile

• The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree with a specialization in the public sector (minimum 5 years of higher education, ideally Sciences Po – ENA – INET).

• He/she currently holds or has held a position of responsibility in the development of successful and significant public partnerships of a similar scope (minimum 5 years), ideally within ministries, local authorities, consulting firms advising public institutions, or non-profit organizations.

• Interpersonal skills, diplomacy and political acumen, friendliness, and ability to lead and manage networks.

• Rigorous, methodical, and able to prioritize, with strong management, organizational, and strategic skills.

• Maturity and sense of responsibility, personal ethics, and discretion,

• Enjoy challenges and development, entrepreneurial mindset.
