Background

Founded in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become France's leading organization for social integration through sport. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 12,000 young people registered with the organization. The organization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

• In support of the Pôle Loire's Sport and Education Manager and the Territory Director, you will
  contribute to the deployment of Sport dans la Ville programs in the Loire, aimed at
  helping young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods (Quartiers Prioritaires - QPV) to move from sport to employment.

 

SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPORT AND EDUCATION PROGRAM :

 

- You will take part in the flagship actions of the Sport and Education program throughout the season (tournaments and sports sessions with theorganization's young people, federative events, phoning, successful courses, registrations, etc.) on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

 

- You help to communicate with young people and families about the various events
events organized and supported by the center (tournaments, match outings, workshops, events, etc.).

 

SUPPORT FOR OTHER LOIRE ACTIONS AND EVENTS :

 

- You take part in the highlights of theorganization s life (partner events, vacations, job
workshops...)

 

- You will help to pass on information to the communications department and the public and private partnership unit about actions implemented in the Loire, and to produce communications tools using existing tools and templates (canva, brevo, etc.).

 

- You provide support for stock and office management

Desired profile

- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, open-mindedness and team spirit are all welcome.

- Project management and event organization skills will be valued.

- Good writing skills are a plus.

- Enthusiasm, autonomy, rigor and organization will be particularly appreciated.

- Knowledge of the 6 - 16 age group (pedagogy, animation) is a plus.
