One civic service - Sport and Education - October 2024 to May 2025 - Based in Lyon

Background

 

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main organization for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Organization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

 

Mission

 

- You are in charge of supervising and leading sports sessions (Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays)

- You participate in the flagship actions of the Territorial Sports Managers throughout the season (tournaments and sports sessions with the young people of the organization, unifying events, phoning, registrations, etc.)

- Participate in the development of flyers allowing communication with young people and families about the various events organized and supported by the sports and peda department (tournaments, outings, matches, workshops, etc.)

- You participate in the same way as all permanent employees, in the highlights of the life of the organization (sports tournaments, holiday stays...)

• - You communicate information and events to the Communications Department and the Public Partnerships Unit. sport et pédagogie

- You provide support for stock management: teaching materials, event materials, etc.
