Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main organization for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Organization is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

Working in tandem with an educator, your tasks are as follows:

 

• – Lead mixed-gender soccer sessions and teach the social skills and diligence that are essential for young people's success.
• – Monitor attendance and ensure that sessions are well attended.
• – Provide session content related to the team, enabling young people to improve their behavior (emotion management, openness to other activities, attitude of mutual aid/solidarity).
• – Maintain an educational and caring attitude in all circumstances (listening, conflict management, etc.).
• – Propose and supervise events (partner soccer games, tournaments, introductory sessions, etc.).
• – Managing relationships with certain families (individual meetings, family/youth events, etc.).

Desired profile

• - Dynamic, rigorous, respectful and caring, you know how to respect your commitments.
• – Experience in coaching and organizing soccer activities is desirable.
• – Known for your interpersonal skills with young people and your ability to manage a group, you want to contribute to a community and social project, but also be an ambassador fororganization.
• - Graduate of a STAPS degree / Brevet d'état / BPJEPS APT or Sports Collectifs.
• – You want to contribute to a sports and social project and be an ambassador fororganization.
