Starter Program Manager (Entrepreneurs dans la Ville) – Permanent contract – Full-time – based in Lyon

Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main France’s leading organization for integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville now promote the social and professional integration of 7,000 young people who are members of the organization. The Organization is supported by companies and public funding (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

Mission

 

Sourcing and selecting contractors:
• Develop and implement a sourcing action plan.
• Select and assemble a group of candidates.
• Redirect unsuccessful candidates.

 

Program management:
• Prepare and coordinate the educational schedule, liaise between contributors, and put in place the material and human resources required for the Starter program.
• Arrange individual meetings with entrepreneurs.
• Be proactive in sourcing partners and contributors.
• Coordinate the mentoring program.
• Organize key events during the program.

 

Ecosystem:
• Integration of the program into the region's entrepreneurial dynamic.
• Promotion of entrepreneurship in neighborhoods and in connection with theorganization other programs.

 

Others:
• Co-manage the entrepreneur incubator.
• Represent and promote the program to private and public partners.
• Contribute to the development of new financial resources through your actions.
• Contribute to the financial, communication, and reporting aspects related to the proper management of the program.
• Participate in the life oforganization its key events.
