Background

Created in 1998, Sport dans la Ville has become the main association for social integration through sport in France. Sport dans la Ville is a successful example of social entrepreneurship: all of the programs set up by Sport dans la Ville today promote the social and professional integration of 10,000 young people registered with the association. The Association is supported by companies and public partners (Ministries, Regions, Cities).

 

 

Mission

 

• You'll be the designated contact person for each of the project's promotions, and will be responsible for the smooth running and follow-up of each promotion during the project.
• You will be the main contact with the various external contributors (digital contributor, improvisational theater league, sports educators, etc.) for each class.
• You will be in close contact with the prescribers and local players accompanying the young person to ensure overall follow-up (ML counselor, PE, PJJ educator, prevention educators, etc.).
• You will be responsible for building and adapting the pedagogical framework for each job promotion, with the help of the national pedagogical department and your regional manager.
• With the support of the Specialized Integration Managers and your manager, you will identify young people likely to join the project, present the scheme to them and select the most suitable young people.
• You will be responsible for the individual and qualitative support of each young person who joins the program, for the duration of the program.
• You will meet with the young people in the class on a regular, one-to-one basis (organize a weekly meeting during the program).
• As a full member of the Decisive Pass program, you may be asked to lead or co-lead one of the program's cross-functional projects. You may also be asked to take on one-off assignments to help a member of your team.
• As an employee of Sport Dans La Ville, you will contribute to the success of the association's flagship events.

Desired profile

• Recognized interpersonal and mediation skills.
• Skills in the field of professional integration, particularly with NEETS aged 16 to 25.
• Ability to lead group workshops.
• Conducting individual interviews.
• Ability to assess young people's progress in the program.
• Knowledge of the business world.
